Entertainment Singer Bi (Rain), unreleased song distributed illegally

Singer Bi(Rain) has requested an internet investigation as an unreleased music file was distributed online.

The song titled, ‘Man up,’ started to be uploaded simultaneously on overseas blogs and fansites this past 16th.

JYP Entertainment believes there is evidence that it was organized and is seeking to take strong legal actions and has requested an investigation on the 17th to the cyber department of Seoul’s Kangnam police station.

JYP Entertainment commented, “The song was originally produced by Park Jin Young the past summer with Bi and Omarion and was to be released on both singers’ upcoming albums but postponed due to final distribution and other matters that were not able to be settled. The song was to be re-recorded with a different artist but the illegal distribution of the file was an unexpected issue.”

‘Man up’ is a song that reflects America’s pop trend and is creating curiosity amongst those who have heard it.

Especially because the song was revealed to be a duet with the famous R&B singer Omarion, some netizens have come up with the assumption that it will be included in Omarion’s new Europe album ‘21.’

Meanwhile, JYP Entertainment has sent an official notice to Sony BMG and Omarion’s agency TUG, who have received the master files of the song, regarding the details as to how the files were released.
